Our local political genius Geert Wilders is trying to ban "leftist hobbies" (such as art and music) from the country. Given the radical cutting down on the expenses foreseen and approved by the Dutch government, he'll probably succeed.
The lady in the drawing is explaining how the concert she just attended wasn't too bad, but couldn't possibly rival Glenn Gould's performance. The text reads something like: "What leftist hobby?".
