Noblesse oblige

In every episode of the documentary series Hokjesman, a different Dutch subculture is observed and described much in the way a nineteenth-century anthropologist would have done it. As a matter of fact, the presenter is dressed the way a nineteenth-century anthropologist would have. Last Thursday, he did some research into the Dutch nobility (part of which took place in a rowboat), discovering most of them like to pretend they are perfectly normal and that there's nothing special about being a member of the aristocracy.
Just a few days earlier, the Dutch queen announced her abdication. Her son, prince Willem-Alexander, will be the successor to the throne.
I guess I won't need to explain who's the prince and who's the Hokjesman in this cartoon.
