Over my dead body

Elections are coming up in the Netherlands, and thus there's some debating going on about the European Union. Emile Roemer, the leader of the Dutch socialist party, referred to the EU 3 percent deficit norm with the words over my dead body. After realising they might not exactly be the most effective campaigning strategy, he tried to mitigate them.
I thought, however, the assertion might be of added value to the Stemwijzer, a computer programme that tells you what party you're closest to after you've answered a bunch of statements with "agree", "disagree" or "I don't care" (and, in Emile Roemer's case "over my dead body").

And why's the guy holding an ice cream cone? Well, the party's trademark is a red tomato, and its members are handing out tomato ice cream as a part of the campaign.
