So, for those who didn't check on Monday: this is the cartoon. The organisers of the Tour de France must have a hard time figuring out who deserves Lance Armstrong's seven victories after he lost them. About every cyclist is either suspected or has been found guilty of doping, so I think in the end the presidents of the Tour the France will just keep the titles themselves.
