Dutch intelligence

This is a complicated one to explain. Last week, BNN (a self-proclaimed tv channel For The Young And Hip) broadcast the yearly national IQ test. Participants in the studio were subdivided according to age, to indicate the most intelligent age group (turned out it was the thirtysomethings). One of the memory tests included pictures of BNN's anchormen and -women, digitally altered to make them look the way they would look in 2048. I used those pictures for the cartoon.
Another thing that dominated the news last week was the Dutch Railways' biggest fiasco in years: the launch of high speed train FYRA, which was supposed to connect the Netherlands and Belgium and save a lot of time while doing so. However, nothing but failure has ensued so far, culminating in the FYRA being taken out of service because it couldn't handle the snow.
Title: The national IQ test in 2048

Text: This question might be slightly hard for younger participants...
Question in the background: Choose a more modern term for the old-fashioned word FYRA; A. Fast B. Timely C. Reliable D. Try again tomorrow
